Connect and configure Luxpower inverters

Overview

SolarAssistant connects to one or more Luxpower inverters via the local home network by utilizing the official WiFi dongle supplied with the inverter. It does not require internet access and does not use the Luxpower monitoring portal in any way. Monitoring is real-time. Currently we do not support connecting to the Luxpower inverter via a physical cable.

Step 1 - Configure SolarAssistant to connect to Luxpower inverter

On the SolarAssistant configuration page, select "Luxpower" inverter and then "Configure serial numbers".

Select Megarevo inverter

Enter the inverter and WiFi logger serial number and click add. These numbers are physically printed on the inverter and WiFi logger.

Repeat the process for any additional inverters.

Select Megarevo inverter

SolarAssistant will automatically start scanning the available network for the inverter. When you go back to the configuration page, the inverter should be listed. Select it and click connect:
