Please read this EULA agreement carefully before installing or using the Solar Assistant Software or device. It provides a license to use the Solar Assistant Software and contains warranty information and liability disclaimers.
If you are entering into this EULA agreement on behalf of a company or other legal entity, you represent that you have the authority to bind such entity and its affiliates to these terms and conditions. If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid under any applicable law, such unenforceability or invalidity shall not render these Terms unenforceable or invalid as a whole, and such provisions shall be deleted without affecting the remaining provisions herein.
This EULA agreement is effective from the date you first use the Software or Device and shall continue until terminated. You may terminate it at any time upon written notice to Solar Assistant Software.
